Who We Are
Every piece is created and printed by humans in colorful Colorado — no overseas factories, no algorithm deciding what gets made. Designs are built in Denver, and each shirt, hoodie, and tote is printed to order in Greeley. Real people, real state, real accountability.
Sara Williams built Vegans United as an extension of work she was already doing: advocating for a decentralized food system and pushing back on the harms of industrialized food through honest, whole food, plant-based education. She's currently growing a food forest of her own in West Africa, and she's especially committed to bringing accurate nutrition education to the Black American community.
Vegans United is that advocacy translated into apparel — clothing that carries the same commitment to truth-telling she brings to her nutrition work.
Materials & Fit
Tees are 100% cotton — soft, breathable, built to carry a bold graphic and actual wear. Hoodies are cotton jersey, a heavier-weight knit with a brushed interior for cooler months of activism. No mystery blends.
Measurements are lay-flat: chest width taken 1" below the armhole, body length from the shoulder seam to the hem. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or down for something closer to the body.
| Size | Chest Width | Body Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 18" | 28" |
| M | 20" | 29" |
| L | 22" | 30" |

Gildan blanks run true to size with a classic, boxy cut rather than a fitted one.
Same measuring method as above: width side-seam to side-seam 1" below the sleeve, length from the shoulder seam to the them.

The Perfect-T is Hanes's modern, slightly slimmer fit — sized up from the classic Authentic tee. 4XL/5XL are offered by some suppliers, but Hanes does not publish a standard lay-flat measurement for those sizes on this style; confirm before ordering.
| Size | Chest Width | Body Length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 20" | 26.5" |
| M | 22" | 27.5" |
| L | 24" | 28.5" |
| XL | 26" | 29.5" |
| 2XL | 28" | 30" |
| 3XL | 30" | 30.5" |
| 4XL | 32" | 31" |
Hanes also runs true to size, with a fit comparable to Gildan at the equivalent labeled size.
Vegans United designs are DTF (direct-to-film) printed — vivid color and a soft hand-feel that holds up if you treat the print right:
Follow that routine and the print holds up wash after wash after wash.
Shop by Purpose
Every Vegans United bundle is built around three jobs. Announce is the shirt — the wearable declaration that says you're done hiding your convictions. Fortify is the book — the knowledge that backs up what you're wearing so you can hold your ground in any conversation. Supply is the tote — the everyday tool that turns belief into practice, one grocery run at a time.
Buy one piece or buy the full loop. Either way, you're outfitted for the work.
Start with what you're actually short on:
Most people end up wanting all three eventually. That's the whole idea.
The signature bundle pairs one graphic tee, one book, and one tote — Announce, Fortify, and Supply in a single order. It's built for someone who wants to go all in at once instead of piecing it together over time.
Start with Fortify. The book gives you the "why" behind the "what," so you're not just following a diet — you understand the food system you're stepping out of. Wear the shirt when you're ready to talk about it out loud.
No. It's for anyone who treats food choices as political, not just personal — lifelong vegans, people newly diagnosed and looking for real answers, people just starting to ask questions, and people who've had enough of industrialized food's lies. If you're done being quiet about it, you're the audience.
