How to Measure

  1. Lay a shirt that already fits you the way you like flat on a table, front side up, sleeves in.
  2. Measure A straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam. Measure C straight across from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
  3. Measure B from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall. Match your numbers to the closest size in the chart above — size up if you land between two sizes.

Overview

Four verbs. One plant-powered life.

This isn't just a diet — it's a whole lifestyle: what you smoke, what you eat, what you drink, and what you grow, all rooted in the same plant-first philosophy.

For the ones who take "plant-based" further than the dinner plate — herbalists, growers, and the whole-lifestyle crowd who live it in every category, not just their meals.

Live the full mantra. Add to cart.
